I passed!
All that studying in May has paid off. I passed level 1 of the CFA exam series. One down, two more to go!

congrats - i like the site by the way, and the PNRA article. I was bullish on PNRA too, bought a little, and sold @ a loss after it looked like the chart was going to no man's land....I don't know what I was thinking buying a non consumer staple going into a weaker GDP number.....
I take CFA level 1 next year (just got my books).

Thanks for the nice words. I really started it as a learning tool, but it turned out to be fun, informative, and I have even met several people out in the biz because of this thing!
As for PNRA, it has been a classic top for a few months, and now I kind of expect it to bottom based on the fundamentals, but we could still see something as low as maybe 47.
Good luck on the CFA - overall it's not that bad, just make sure to study.
hey, about the CFA -- what did you study with -- did you use the CFA cirriculum on the site -- I'm about to shell $395 for the level 1 stuff....
Hey Danny -
Please, email me using the link and we can chat more in depth about CFA study.
Also, given your comments, my guess is that we will want to stay in touch :-)
Congrats on passing!
