Sue the wealthy!
If Apple weren't a goliath these days, with 8.2 Billion in cash and a remarkable brand, it wouldn't be getting sued. Where are the lawsuits against the little guys accused of the same thing?

Why sue little guys, they don't have lots of money? When you sue you follow the money. It is the basic economic concept of incentives, go after the big guy and you will at least get a settlement to go away, go after the little gu and you won't get as much even when you win.
